ABOUT US
The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is a nationally recognized pre-professional organization for college students interested in the public relations and communications fields. PRSSA was established in 1967 and is made up of more than 10,000 students and more than 300 chapters across campuses in the United States and in South America.
The California State University, Northridge PRSSA chapter was established in 1978. This chapter provides workshops and volunteer opportunities. Events such as the PRism Awards, agency tours, networking socials and the annual PRSSA National and regional conferences are a few of the opportunities students experience with PRSSA.
Several of CSUN PRSSA alumni work in a variety of communications and public relations careers in: entertainment, sports, healthcare, fashion, hospitality and event planning. As a CSUN PRSSA student, we are the connection to the profession. #WEAREPR
