Greetings newcomers and returning members! Now that summer has come and gone, it’s time to get back into the world of academia, along with the other activities that complement our class schedules. For those of you who are interested, intrigued by, or debating getting into the world of public relations, PRSSA is back in session with an incredible line up of guest speakers, workshops to improve PR practices, and club events.

We are happy to announce that our first speaker will be the fantastic Lori Baker-Schena. Schena, who goes by Doctor BS, is one of the most inspiring public relations practitioners in the field today. She’s a triple threat: life coach, PR practitioner in the field of medicine, and motivational speaker.

Doctor BS is full of advice and real life experience, and this seminar is one that all PRSSA members should be sure to check out on Sept. 13 in the Pasadena room of the University Student Union.
